How do I find locations offering Zingle?
• Go to our home page and select ‘Find a Zingle Near You’ and enter your zip code.
• Ask your favorite local establishment if they have Zingle. If they don’t, get them to sign up!
How do I text in my order?
Get the dedicated text number from the place of business. Text in exactly what you want to order with as much detail as you want. Save the number in your phone (much like you do a contact) to easily order again later. It’s that simple.
How do I know if my text order or text request was received?
Each customer will receive a response message from the place of business with a pick-up lead time. If your Zingle order is food related you will receive an order number in your confirmation message. Each Zingle order is required to be confirmed by the business. If you do not receive a confirmation response message back or you receive “we are unable to process your request at this time”, your order was not received and you should contact the business directly.
What do I do after I receive my order confirmation?
You'll receive a confirmation message with pick up lead time & order number. Go to the express pick up (avoid the line), pay & you're on your way.
Is there a way to re-order items without re-typing the text order?
Yes. Zingle has developed a FAVORITE text ordering system that allows our users to save their 10 favorite orders to any business with Zingle service and easily re-order those items by just texting “F1” (for favorite order #1) or “F2” (for favorite order #2). Ask your local Zingle business if they have the FAVORITE ordering system or contact us directly for details (info@zinglenow.com).
Is there a way to text order and include payment?
Contact your local business and inquire if they have a gift card program. A large number of Zingle businesses incorporate their gift card programs as a super simple way to allow customers to pay for their text orders.
Is there a customer charge to use Zingle?
Based on your provider, standard text messaging rates apply. There is no extra charge from Zingle to use our service. Hooray!
